What is

Social Cash Transfer Program (BST)?

Social Cash Transfer (BST) is social assistance provided to the citizen affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to meet their basic needs.

  • Assistance is distributed through Bank DKI accounts for IDR300.000/month
  • BST for the 5th and 6th Phase (May and June 2021) will be transfered in July 2021
  • Distributed in the form of Bank DKI Savings Cards and ATM Cards

  • Registered as recipients of social basic food assistance in 2020 as a result of updating and matching data from the Jakarta Provincial Disdukcapil (Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept.)
  • Excludes recipients of Social Assistance for the Keluarga Harapan Program (PKH) and/or Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT)
  • The aid will be transferred directly to the recipient's bank account in the 3rd week of July
  • BST Phases 5 and 6 are given in July 2021 with a value of Rp300,000/month or Rp600,000/family in total
  • BST funds can be withdrawn in cash through ATMs and can be spent to meet basic needs

The distribution of BST to 124 families will be carried out by the Jakarta Provincial Government through Bank DKI and distribution to 99,639 families will be distributed by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia through PT POS Indonesia, which will be sent to recipients respective domicile addresses.
