The Posko Hoteline PPKM (PPKM Hotline Command Post) is formed to deal with certain individuals who are trying to gain personal benefits during the pandemic. The Posko Hotline PPKM is under the supervision of the PMJ Ditreskrimsus (Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation at Polda Metro Jaya), which was formed on July 9, 2021.
We invite public participation to report via our Hotlline if they see or experience violations related to the surge in vitamins or medicines prices, difficulty in finding oxygen cylinders, exposed to hoax or provocative news, or any other other disturbing violations. All complaints that come in through the Posko Hotline PPKM will be followed up every day by the officer.

The Posko Hotline PPKM actively coordinates with relevant agencies and periodically checks vitamin and medicine stocks at pharmacies/drug stores, as well as monitors oxygen stocks at oxygen cylinder filling locations. This data can be accessed through Instagram or the PMJ Ditreskrimsus website.
