Abstract
COVID-19, as one of the infectious disease caused by the newly discovered SARS-CoV-2 virus, has become a pandemic of many cities in the world, including in DKI Jakarta. One of the effects from this pandemic is the limited mobility of the public or community movement. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government needs to make some policies that can regulate the mobility of its residents in order to reduce the risk of the COVID-19 virus. In this article, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) is used to analyze and evaluate the policies that have been made by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government against the community mobility in Jakarta. The data that will be used are the daily data of COVID-19 from the DKI Jakarta Health Office, the average speed data of vehicles on the roads traversed by the Waze application users, the data of the community movements trends during the COVID-19 pandemic obtained from Google COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports and the Apple Mobility Trends Reports data, which is a trend of the people's movements based on driving and walking categories. Through the results of the data analysis conducted, it can be seen if the level of mobility in DKI Jakarta was lower when the Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) was implemented, which then influenced the assessment of the number of daily positive cases in DKI Jakarta. Decreasing mobility is expected to be an important step in resolving of COVID-19 problem in DKI Jakarta.
