Smartcitizen, have you tried the vaccination schedule check feature in JAKI? If not, then it’s time for you to use it to check vaccination schedules for your parents or your grandparents, as the vaccination is still currently underway.

For those of you who have used the feature, do you find any difficulties? Perhaps finding vaccination status you don’t understand. If so, don’t worry! This article will discuss the meanings of various vaccination status that could possibly appear after you check your vaccination schedule in JAKI. Besides, this article will also explain the things you can do after knowing your schedule status. Let’s read the status one by one!

ID Card Number and Name Cannot Be Found

One of the vaccination schedule status that may possibly appear is that the ID card is not found. This could happen if Smartcitizen entered the wrong ID Card number, such an ID Card number ended by number 0, because there is no ID Card number ended by zero. That’s why you need to check the ID card number that you input in the first place.

Vaccination is Not Yet Scheduled

The next status that can possibly appear may state that your ID Card number and name is not registered in the Population and Civil Registration Agency (Dukcapil). But, don’t worry. If the ID card number is not yet registered, Smartcitizen who is categorized the elderly and is domiciled in Jakarta can register themselves for vaccination by filling the digital vaccination registration form first.

Vaccination in Scheduling

If your vaccination status is in schedule, it means your ID Card number and your name is already registered in Dukcapil but you got no vaccination schedule yet, so it is currently being processed. The most possible cause is because you are not  60 years old and older yet, or probably your vaccination is not scheduled yet. No need to worry, Smartcitizen can fill the form consisting of additional personal data, such as phone number, e-mail, residence address, and profession information to accelerate the vaccination scheduling process. Meanwhile, you do not have to complete the data of ID Card number, name, birth of date, age, and ID Card home address because it is already recorded by the system.

Vaccination on Schedule

For Smartcitizen whose their status is ready for vaccination, it means that you are already scheduled for vaccination and need to get vaccinated as scheduled. Since you have been scheduled, you can directly complete the health questions test or pre-screening. This aims to save time and help medical officers in reviewing the health conditions of vaccine recipients quicker. Also remember to come to the vaccination location as scheduled and on time.

Vaccination is Postponed

How come the status is ready to get vaccinated but the vaccination is rescheduled? Well, the causes vary, including the vaccine recipients coming late to the location, the vaccine recipients cannot come to the location, etc. If this happens to you, you will need to check your status again to see the follow-up vaccination schedule set by the system. Therefore, let’s just come to the vaccination location as scheduled!

Vaccination is Cancelled

Your status in JAKI states that vaccination is cancelled? Don't panic. The main factor someone cannot get vaccinated is health conditions. As we know, there are some categories of people who are not allowed get vaccinated because of their health. This is stipulated in the vaccination location by medical officers. Officers in Table 2 will filter the results of pre-screening tests and the health condition of the vaccine recipients. If the recipient is qualified, then he/she can continue the vaccination process to Table 3. If not, what can we do about it? Even though you cannot get vaccinated, no need to be worry. This is done for the sake of your own good and health.

Vaccination Dose 2 on Schedule

Do you remember that vaccination is divided into two doses? Yes, there are vaccination dose 1 and vaccination dose 2. Not only to check the vaccination dose 1 schedule, you can also check the vaccination dose 2 schedule through JAKI. If you have gotten vaccinated for dose 1 and try to check your vaccination schedule status in JAKI, you’ll see your vaccination status for dose 2. If the status of your vaccination dose 2 is as scheduled, then you’ll only need to join vaccination dose 2 according to the schedule.

Vaccination Dose 2 is Rescheduled

This status will appear if you have gotten vaccinated for dose 1, but your vaccination dose 2 schedule status is rescheduled. The reason is because you were not able to come as scheduled, or any other reasons. Therefore, the vaccine recipients need to check their vaccination schedules so that they could receive vaccination dose 2 as scheduled.

Vaccination Dose 2 is Cancelled

Even though someone has already received vaccination dose 1, he/she still has the possibility to get their vaccination dose 2 cancelled, due to health conditions. For example, if someone is getting pregnant or has a serious illness after vaccination dose 1 period, then her/his status on JAKI will state that the vaccination dose 2 is cancelled.

Vaccination is Done

This is the last vaccination status that can appear in JAKI. If you have already received vaccination dose 1 and 2, your vaccination process is already finished and your schedule status on JAKI will also state so. Next, you’ll only need to download the vaccination certificate in JAKI.

Another thing to remember, even though you have received 2 doses of vaccine, it does not mean that you cannot transmit or get infected by coronavirus. Therefore, please keep obeying the health protocols.

And there you have it, all of the vaccination schedule status that could possibly appear when you check your schedule through JAKI. Hopefully, this article can help you understand the vaccination schedule status.
